Ginger is a good source of potassium, magnesium and copper. It supports healthy digestion and is an anti-inflammatory. It’s also known to be effective in reducing motion sickness and reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. Apples are a great source of fibre and vitamin C, they also contain flavonoid phytonutrients, such as quercetin, which act as powerful antioxidants.

What you need:
1 green apple
1 cm ginger

What you do:
Scrub the apple
Don’t peel the ginger
Pass through a juicer
Add ice to serve (optional)
