Freshly squeezed vegetable juice, homemade granola, Bircher muesli, seasonal fruit, yoghurt and kefir, platter of cheese, chopped nuts and seeds, smoothies. Option with eggs: poached, scrambled, hard and soft boiled, fried and omelets. Served with tomatoes and mushrooms.
