Lunch, nutrition and healthy ageing in the baby yurt
Having recently been focusing on nutrition and ageing as part of my MSc Nutritional Medicine I thought it would be good to make this the topic of my next event. I’m keen to explain how good nutrition can make such a difference to your health as you age. So if you feel tired all the time, are concerned about your bones or have been diagnosed with an illness like type 2 diabetes, then this event is for you.
Lunch and nutrition in the baby yurt
