Breast or bottle

Whatever way you decide to feed your baby there is a programme for you and your family. This can be both a very challenging and a rewarding time, In days gone by we would have had our mothers, aunties and neighbours to help but increasingly more and more parents are finding themselves alone. My programmes are designed to help ease you into this process, if you are local, advice can be given in the comfort of your own home or via Skype. This programme also offers breastfeeding support. As a knowledgeable mother of three boys, who were all breastfed, there’s nothing like someone with hands on experience to support you.
