Over the past few years The Food Nutritionist has worked with a broad spectrum of health disorders in a wide range of individuals. After my youngest son went in to anaphylactic shock, I decided that it would be my life-long mission to teach others the health benefits of eating ‘real food’ and the consequences that diet and lifestyle choices can have on health.
I work with teenagers, children and babies and am keen to demonstrate that there are always fresh starts for middle-lifers and that you can choose a new direction at any age. We all need to be working towards ‘Healthy Ageing’ and are never too young to or old to start – after all, ‘prevention is better than cure’.
I’ve known Jeraldine for many years and have witnessed the hard work and passion she has for nutritional health. She’s a practitioner who wants to make sure as many people as possible know the benefits and improvements choosing the right food for them can make. I’ve attended Jeraldine’s workshops and demonstrations, they’re informative and fun. Jeraldine conveys her passion to her audiences and her recipes are practical and easy to make.
Jeraldine was fantastic – explaining why his body couldn’t tolerate certain foods and craved others. She advised on diet and supplements and we haven’t looked back. He’s going from strength to strength – happy and energetic and back at school. Jeraldine was great at providing support during this time and is still there for us now. We’re very grateful to have found her and would wholeheartedly recommend her.
Jeraldine is very knowledgeable and explains everything in simple terms, backed up by research and history. I achieved great results by following her advice.
Jeraldine is very professional and informative and has helped me achieve my goals. I use to struggle to eat healthy foods on a daily basis, but Jeraldine helped me kick start the process and I’ve turned my life around.
It’s been a really positive and enlightening experience. I feel so much better in myself; have more energy and no longer feel constantly hungry. I came away from our meeting feeling very positive and happy.
