Over the past few years I have worked with a broad spectrum of health disorders in a wide range of individuals. After my youngest son went in to anaphylactic shock, I decided that it would be my life-long mission to teach others the health benefits of eating ‘real food’ and the consequences that diet and lifestyle choices can have on health.

I work with teenagers, children and babies and am keen to demonstrate that there are always fresh starts for middle-lifers and that you can choose a new direction at any age. We all need to be working towards ‘Healthy Ageing’ and are never too young to or old to start – after all, ‘prevention is better than cure’.
